PROJECT: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software and Implementation
PROJECT#: 2024-16
Question and Answer
1. Please provide a list of integrations that will need to be built or updated due to the deployment.
The list of currently used systems was provided as a part of the RFP (Attachment D). In terms of a list of needed integrations, the county seeks a solution that is both efficient and cost effective. Which integrations ultimately are utilized and need to be built or updated is contingent upon which integrations are being proposed.
2. Is it possible for a 1-week extension to allow vendors more time for printing and shipping our responses?
See question #3 response.
3. If a one-week extension is not possible, would the County consider an extension until Friday October 4th?
The electronic submissions must be received by the October 1, 2:00 PM CST, deadline specified in the RFP. The associated hardcopy mailed materials are preferred by Oct.1, but must be received no later than noon, Friday, October 4, 2024 for continued full consideration.
4. Will references be considered in the initial round of scoring?
Yes.
5. When submitting with an implementation partner, should vendors send one
Attachment C Cost Proposal with implementation costs and subscription costs blended then break out the details as instructed?
Yes.
6. Under section 3 proposal content and format the last bullet states that we need to include the Vendor Data and W-9 form. However, in another section you state that this is only required for the awarded vendor. Can you confirm that this is not needed with our initial response?
The Vendor Data and W-9 form are NOT required for the initial proposal. They are only required from final awarded vendor.
