About this file
This document is an addendum to a Request for Bid (RFB) for pressure washing the sandstone portions of the Dunn County Government Center Building and Dunn County Judicial Center in Wisconsin. The RFB provides details on the project, including the approximate square footage of the areas to be cleaned (10,000 sq ft for the Government Center and 21,000 sq ft for the Judicial Center), the age and prior cleaning history of the buildings, and the presence of black mildew or mold that needs to be removed. The bid submission deadline is Thursday, July 18th, 2024, at 2:00pm Local Time, and Dunn County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
The RFB specifies that all bids must contain a "total" cost, and that all prices, costs, and conditions outlined in the bid shall remain fixed and valid for acceptance for 90 days starting on the bid due date. Interested vendors must inform the purchasing department prior to the proposal submission deadline if they have any pre-existing business relationships with the County that may conflict with a potential contract award. Dunn County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities in any bid or part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
