This notice is updated to issue a Request for Information (RFI) in support of TACCOM II.
Please use the survey link provided to respond to this RFI if your firm intends to submit a proposal for the upcoming TacCom II acquisition. Your response, regardless of your answers, is important to DHS and will be used to inform the Government’s development of the final TacCom II RFP.
No e-mail responses or late responses will be accepted. Responses will only be accepted via the survey link provided before Monday June 12, 2017 at 15:00 Eastern Standard Time.
Please note, the survey identifies potential changes to the Functional Category 2 subcategories and their respective definitions. Therefore, the prospective changes are provided below for informational purposes only.
TC2 – Services Revised Definitions
Subcategory 1 Radio: services required to maintain, program, install, repair, and support rapid deployment of radio subscriber units Subcategory 2 O&M Services: services required to operate and maintain tactical communications systems Subcategory 3 Engineering: services required to provide spectrum support, and to architect, design, and implement tactical communications systems Subcategory 4 General: ability to provide a variety of services in all of the other service subcategories (Radio, O&M Services, Engineering and/or Project Management)
