TACCOM II Pre-Solicitation Conference
DHS will conduct a pre-solicitation conference to provide an overview and timeline of the TACCOM II procurement, and provide an opportunity for Industry to ask questions. Please see important information regarding registration below.
When: Friday, May 5, 2017 Time: 9 AM – 11 AM EST Where: 90 K Street NE, Suite 1200, Washington, D.C. Homeland Security Acquisition Institute (HSAI) and Adobe Connect link (to be provided)
· In person attendees MUST register by Tuesday, May 2, 2017 by 16:00 ET at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/B2GXNN2 to attend the conference
· No more than two individuals may attend per company
· Registration is based on a first come first serve basis due to potential space constraints

Directions By Metro
•If taking Metro to Union Station, walk left following the Commuter Amtrak exit sign; leaving metro, exit from 1st Street (in order to see the 1st street exit, you will need to walk left as if you are trying to re-enter the metro station--do not take the escalator).
•Once you are outside the metro station, you will be facing the Bureau of Labor Statistics Building; walk right (as if you are walking behind Union Station), walk 3 blocks, and the HSAI is straight ahead.
You will be walking past the following buildings that let you know you are headed in the right direction:
•U.S. Government Printing Office •American Psychological Association •Federal Energy Regulatory Commission
•CNN
There are also parking garages nearby.
Remember you will need a picture ID to enter the building, and please arrive in plenty of time to go through security.
