The RFP seeks proposals for the design, implementation, and deployment of an advanced metering infrastructure system for the county's water system. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting was scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at 140 Stonewall Avenue West, Suite 100, Fayetteville, Georgia, with online access available via Microsoft Teams. Attendance RSVP was required by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 24, 2022. Written questions from prospective bidders were due by 3:00 p.m. on Monday, February 7, 2022. Formal proposals were due by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 9, 2022. All RFP documents and related materials were available through the Fayette County purchasing website at https://fayettecountyga.gov/purchasing/bids_and_proposals.htm, with inquiries directed to Natasha Duggan at nduggan@fayettecountyga.gov.

The addendum serves as a supplemental exhibit to the original RFP and contains additional specifications, clarifications, or requirements relevant to the AMI project proposal. As an addendum document, it modifies or expands upon terms and conditions outlined in the base RFP. Specific pricing terms, set-asides, funding amounts, or other financial details are referenced through this exhibit as part of the comprehensive proposal requirements.

Exhibit 6 , Addendum 3, 2/16/2022 jcaldwell Text Box AMI Team Notes:

1. This is our draft meter residential meter configuration.

2. The meter box shown is a DFW composite under mount pocket for the MIU. I used a lot of them and a similar one from Mid-states plastics. They were quite, dare I say it, robust.

3. The dual check shown has a meter swivel. I suspect the are about $50 each.

4. Downstream of all that is a customer access turf box and customer access valve. Not that this needs to be accomplished as part of the AMI project, but gives the customer pretty much no reason to be in the FCWS meter box.
