Each item, fixture, piece of equipment, work, etc., as indicated on the Plans, or specified anywhere in these
Documents, shall be completed with all necessary connections and appurtenances for the satisfactory use and operation of said item, and the total system or systems.
Any and all patents and license fees for the right to use equipment or processes included in this Contract shall be included in the bid price. The Contractor shall submit to the Engineer an itemized list of all such fees, indicating the amount of each and to whom paid.

Documents, or finds discrepancies in, or omissions from the Plans or Specifications, such person may submit to the
Engineer a request for an interpretation or correction thereof. The person submitting the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery. Any interpretation or correction of the Contract Documents will be made only by an
Addendum duly issued and a copy of such Addendum will be mailed or delivered to each person receiving a set of such Documents. The Owner will not be responsible for any other explanation of interpretations of the Documents.
