Any additional terms and conditions requested by the Proposer must be submitted at the time of your response as part of the Additions, Deletions and/or Exceptions form and will be considered as part of the selection/negotiation process.

If a Proposer fails to propose any alternate terms and conditions during the procurement process, no proposed alternate terms and conditions will be considered later during the negotiation process. Failure to propose alternate terms and conditions during the procurement process is an explicit agreement by the Proposer that the contractual terms and conditions contained herein are accepted by the Proposer.

1.20 RIGHT OF REJECTION
