About this file
This is a Non-Collusive Bidding Certification document required for a Direct Mail Processing Services contract opportunity with Hudson Valley Community College in New York. The certification document serves as a mandatory attestation that bidders must complete and submit as part of their proposal. Bidders are required to certify under penalty of perjury that all pricing has been developed independently without collusion, consultation, communication, or agreement with competitors or other bidders for the purpose of restricting competition. The document requires the bidder to provide their printed name, signature, title, corporation name, Federal ID number, and date of submission.
The certification further requires bidders to confirm that quoted prices have not been disclosed to competitors prior to bid opening and that no attempts have been made to induce other parties to submit or refrain from submitting bids to restrict competition. This document is a standard compliance requirement designed to ensure fair and competitive bidding practices and to prevent anti-competitive collusion among potential bidders for the direct mail processing services contract.
