About this file

This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the State of Nevada Purchasing Division on behalf of the Public Employees' Benefits Program (PEBP) to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide Telemedicine services. The RFP outlines the mandatory requirements for the Telemedicine services, including the ability to offer Telemedicine services, provide services to large employer groups, guarantee qualified staff, and administer comprehensive plan management, customer service, and reporting capabilities. The initial contract term will begin as soon as possible after award, with a preferred start date of March 1, 2022, though the awarded contractor will not be eligible for payment until July 1, 2022. The contract includes an initial term and the option to renew for up to two additional years.

The RFP details the pricing structure, including base fees, cost per consult fees, and optional services. Vendors must provide a comprehensive fee worksheet detailing all applicable fees, and confirm that no additional fees will be required beyond those agreed upon. The RFP also outlines specific performance guarantees, customer service requirements, and implementation expectations that vendors must agree to. The RFP does not mention any set-asides or incumbent vendors, and funding sources are not specified.
