About this file

This file is a detailed Vendor Specifications document for FEMA Generator Procurement, covering generator requirements from 20kW to 1mW (1000kW) for potential federal contract opportunities. The specifications are comprehensive, requiring generators to meet strict technical standards including Tier 4FINAL emissions compliance, switchable voltage configurations (120/208, 139/240, 277/480v), 1800 RPM operation, three-phase capability, and specific control panel, safety, and fuel system requirements.

The procurement is structured as a single award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle with firm fixed-price delivery orders, set for up to 3 years. It is a Small Business Set-Aside with NAICS code 335312, targeting generators for 401kW and above. Key vendor requirements include providing detailed technical specification sheets, training opportunities for FEMA mechanics, diagnostic software/hardware, and generators designed as portable prime power units with specific mounting, exhaust, and transportation considerations. The solicitation response date is January 13, 2026, with prospective offerors required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
