About this file

Attachment 9 is a Disaster or Emergency Local Area Representation form for a federal contract opportunity related to FEMA disaster response in Iowa. Offerors must meet specific requirements, such as having a main operating office in the area that generates at least half of the company's gross revenues and employs at least half of its permanent employees. If these primary criteria are not met, the form outlines additional factors for consideration, including physical office locations, state licenses, past work history, contractual relationships, revenue percentages, employee numbers, and local organizational memberships. Offerors must be prepared to provide documentation supporting their representation of local business status if requested by the Contracting Officer.
