About this file
This is a contract specification document from the City of Wichita, Kansas, detailing vehicle procurement requirements for the Fleet Division. The contract covers the supply of new current model year sedans, SUVs, cargo vans, and pickup trucks. The quantities listed are based on 2027 budgeted vehicle needs; however, the specification explicitly states that these quantities do not limit the City's ability to purchase additional vehicles of the same models included in the bid packet. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract from the date of award and continue providing vehicles until 2027 models are no longer available from the manufacturer. The City reserves the right to utilize 2026 budget figures for purchase orders issued in 2027.
No pricing terms, set-asides, response dates, bid due dates, site visits, bidders' meetings, or award dates are specified in this contract specification document. No information regarding incumbent contractors, funding sources, or amounts is provided.
