About this file

This is a pricing document for Pinal County's on-call building safety residential and commercial plan review services solicitation. The document requires respondents to submit labor categories and corresponding billing rates for the services described in the Scope of Work (Attachment A). Respondents may structure their pricing using various billing units including hourly, daily, per-task, emergency, or overtime rates, and may add additional labor categories as needed to reflect their firm's standard service offerings.

All submitted rates must be fully loaded to include all costs associated with service delivery. Respondents are instructed to use the Notes column to provide clarification regarding experience levels, subcontractor roles, or other relevant details specific to each labor category. Pricing submission is mandatory for a proposal to be considered responsive. The pricing document provides a template with multiple rows for labor categories and corresponding rate entries, allowing firms flexibility in presenting their compensation structure while maintaining transparency and comparability across submissions.
