SRTA seeks qualified vendors to provide comprehensive cubicle workstation services including design, removal of existing furniture systems from the second floor of the Zarfoss administrative building in York, evaluation and relocation of reusable components, delivery, and installation of new cubicle systems at both York and Harrisburg locations. The project requires installation of a minimum of six cubicles at each location, with the York office requiring standing desks with side returns and one specialized enclosed cubicle with translucent glass sliding door, while the Harrisburg office requires standing desks without side returns. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for March 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the North Zarfoss Drive location, followed by a site visit to the Cameron Street location. Written questions must be submitted by 2:00 PM on March 26, 2026, with proposals due by 2:00 PM on April 6, 2026. Interviews may be conducted during the week of April 13, 2026, and the contract is scheduled to commence on June 1, 2026. Pricing must be submitted using the provided Excel pricing form with clearly defined milestone achievements, with the final turnover milestone comprising not less than ten percent of the total contract value. SRTA will not prepay for any work, materials, or supplies, and invoices must be submitted by the fifteenth of the month following milestone achievement with payment issued within forty-five days unless disputed.
