About this file
This is a Non-Collusion Bidding Certification form required by the Cherokee County School District Procurement Services Department in Georgia for an RFP soliciting weight room and training equipment for district high schools. The certification document mandates that bidders certify, under penalty of perjury, that bid prices have been developed independently without collusion, consultation, communication, or agreement with other bidders or competitors. Bidders must also confirm that quoted prices have not been disclosed to competitors prior to bid opening and that no attempts have been made to induce other parties to submit or withhold bids for the purpose of restricting competition.
The form requires signature and identification of the corporate officer submitting the bid on behalf of the proposer, including printed name, title, and legal name of the proposing organization. The certification emphasizes that collusive bidding practices constitute a crime subject to prosecution to the fullest extent allowed by law. The document was last updated in August 2023 and serves as a mandatory compliance requirement for all bidders participating in the district's solicitation for delivery, installation, and assembly of weight room equipment at multiple school locations.
