About this file

This is a Non-Collusion Bidding Certification form issued by the Cherokee County School District (CCSD) Procurement Services Department in Georgia for the School Nutrition Dishwasher Replacement project. The certification is a one-time solicitation for a commercial dishwasher replacement and installation at Macedonia Elementary School. This document serves as a mandatory attestation that must be submitted with bids and certifies that bidders have developed their pricing independently without collusion, consultation, or communication with competitors for the purpose of restricting competition. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted through the Euna Procurement Message Center.

The form requires legal certification under penalty of perjury from each bidder or authorized corporate officer, confirming that bid prices were determined independently, have not been disclosed to competitors prior to opening, and that no attempts have been made to induce other entities to submit or withhold bids. The certification explicitly warns that collusive bidding practices constitute a crime subject to prosecution to the fullest extent allowed by law. Bidders must provide the legal name of the proposer, signature of the corporate officer, title, and printed names of authorized representatives before submission.
