About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for the provision of gates, a door entry system, and a path for the U.S. Embassy London's warehouse. The amendment makes several changes to the original statement of work, including requiring the contractor to submit details of personnel and vehicles needing access to the warehouse at least two business days in advance, and requiring the contractor to conduct an asbestos survey and provide a quote for its removal if necessary. The amendment also adds several new requirements, such as using galvanized surface-mounted conduits, installing a push exit button, and providing an outdoor LED floodlight with a PIR sensor. The original solicitation number is 19UK5624Q0049, and the contracting officer is Meara Ryan. The amended statement of work is provided as an attachment to this amendment. The closing date for offers is August 27, 2024 at 17:00 GMT.
