The contract includes a 12-month base year plus four one-year option periods, with a minimum guarantee of USD 10,000 per performance period. Task orders will be issued with a 10-day completion requirement per individual housing unit. The contractor must assign an English-speaking Project Coordinator with five years of supervisory experience and qualified technicians with minimum three years' experience in their respective trades.
