About this file

This is a Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) Questionnaire template aligned with ISO 27001 standards, dated August 2026. The questionnaire serves as an assessment tool for evaluating contractor compliance with cybersecurity and supply chain risk management requirements, incorporating internationally recognized information security management principles. It is designed to be completed by vendors or contractors responding to federal solicitations where cybersecurity and supply chain risk controls are critical evaluation criteria.

The questionnaire functions as a due diligence document that helps federal agencies, in this case the Department of State, assess potential contractors' security posture and risk management capabilities before contract award. While the questionnaire itself does not establish specific pricing, delivery dates, or contractual terms, it represents a mandatory compliance and evaluation component for contractors bidding on sensitive federal acquisitions. The template's integration with ISO 27001 requirements indicates that respondents must demonstrate formalized information security management systems, risk assessment processes, and supply chain oversight mechanisms. Contractors should expect this questionnaire to be a significant factor in proposal evaluation alongside technical and pricing submissions for the iPhone 16 Pro Max purchase requirement.
