Supply and delivery of fueling stations
United States Embassy Kyiv, Ukraine
Q1. Are all units to be installed at the addresses provided and made ready for full exploitation?
A1. No, units will be installed at different locations. At the same time, upon delivery vendor should be able to run all necessary tests in order to prove that they are operational and will be ready for exploitation.
Q2. Regarding CLIN 003 the 10 cubic liter tank itself with a capacity of 10 m3 and a diameter of 1500 mm has a length of more than 6 meters. At the same time, together with the fuel pump unit that’s mounted on a column and attached to a pedestal the total length of the assembled piece becomes roughly 7 meters - which makes it too narrow and long (1.5x7 meters), which in turn, it is not optimal not only for reasons of material use and cost effectiveness, but also for reasons of practicality. We suggest making a 10 m3 tank with a diameter of 1915 mm, having an overall length together with the column of about 5 m or 4.1 m for the tank itself. Will it be permissible to make a 10m3 tank with a diameter of 1915 mm?
A2. Yes
Q3. It’s noted that the access door for both CLIN001 and CLIN002 must have a lock system included. Can the lock system employ bolts moving on rails? Or should the lock system be a mechanical lock set with a quick release function?
A3. Lock system can employ bolts moving on rails
Q4. Regarding CLIN001 and CLIN003 protective cover on the access door – are there any further specifications for the protective cover? Manufacturer standard equipment includes an anti-theft/vandalism metal cabinet on the access door that fulfills the function of the protective cover. Will standard manufacture equipment complete this requirement? (See
Example 1)
A4. Standard manufacture equipment with a built-in lock.
Q5. Regarding CLIN001 and CLIN003 accessories for access door. Is it possible to specify what kind of accessories are required and include the specifications?
