Each vehicle must be manufactured in 2024, be a 7-seater with specific features including 4X4 drivetrain, diesel engine, electric keys, tinted windows, security systems, and various exterior enhancements. The vehicles must be brand new, include a manufacturer's warranty, be delivered within four months after contract award, and comply with local and international road safety standards. Quotations can be submitted in US Dollars for overseas vendors or Franc CFA for vendors in Gabon.
