Attachment 1 - Photos of drapes in apartments.pdf

This document is a photographic inventory of residential properties consisting of two sections: Boulogne and Neuilly compounds and leased apartments.

The Boulogne and Neuilly compounds section contains eight photographs depicting various residential interior spaces, including multiple rooms with hardwood flooring, window treatments featuring sheer and solid curtains in neutral tones, ceiling fans, and glass doors/windows. The spaces appear to be unfurnished or sparsely furnished living areas with warm lighting and neutral wall colors. The leased apartments section displays six photographs showing additional residential units, including living rooms, bedrooms, and multi-room layouts. These spaces feature hardwood flooring, contemporary furnishings such as upholstered seating and beds, pendant lighting fixtures, large windows with curtain treatments, and modern interior design finishes. The images suggest these are furnished apartments ready for occupancy, with well-maintained conditions and professional staging. No specifications, requirements, pricing, timelines, or contracting details are included in this document.
