Solicitation 19ER1019Q0001 – Satellite Internet Services Questions and Answers

Q1: Question two of the Q&A released on April 10th states that bidders need to provide a screenshot or guest access of the proposed web-based monitoring platform. Delivery of a hard copy proposal to the Embassy is estimated to take approximately five to seven business days.

In light of the new requirement and the delivery timeframe, would the Government please extend the proposal due date to April 22 to allow an amended proposal submission to be made by bidders who have already submitted a proposal?

Alternatively, would the Government consider allowing bidders to submit the required screenshots as an email attachment by the current proposal due date?

A1: Given the delivery timeframe, bidders who have already submitted a proposal may submit screenshots of the proposed web-based monitoring platform as an e-mail attachment by the current proposal due date of April 15, at 17:00 local time.

File details come from the government source that posted it.
