Solicitation 19ER1019Q0001 – Satellite Internet Services Questions and Answers Q1: We are interested in participating in the subject solicitation for Eritrea. Would you kindly tell me when you expect to issue the actual RFQ?

A1: We anticipate posting the solicitation on FBO o/a March 12, 2019.

Q2: Could you please send us the Solicitation, because is not available in the FBO portal.

A2: We anticipate posting the solicitation on FBO o/a March 12, 2019.

Q3: I am inquiring to the status of the RFP and its viability for the 'Eritrea Satellite Internet Services' opportunity. If this opportunity is viable, is there an estimated release date and/or more additional information? If no longer viable, was the opportunity cancelled entirely or rolled into another contract?

A3: This is a viable opportunity. We anticipate posting the solicitation on FBO o/a March 12, 2019.

Q4: What is the reason for not being able to send the offer via electronic?

A4: Not knowing the size of the bid packages that will be submitted, we cannot be certain that we have adequate bandwidth to receive the offers electronically.
