Solicitation 19ER1019Q0001 – Satellite Internet Services Questions and Answers

Q1: Just want to clarify Q10 response from 03-25-2019, which was intended to define how long our proposal needs to be effective prior to award. Some vendors will only authorize pricing for 30 or 60 days. Based on the schedule to have the circuits installed 60 days after contract award, it would seem that offers would need to remain valid for a period of approximately 90 days, or until July 18. Is this correct?

A1: Per FAR provision 52.212-1(c) - Period for acceptance of offers. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the solicitation.
