Significant technical and administrative details include: all proposal documents must be in Adobe Acrobat PDF, on-site coordination must be in Spanish, documentation must be bilingual, and all contractor technicians require INM personnel escort and advance identification submission. The delivery location is in Mexico City, and locally sourced hardware from authorized Mexican distributors is acceptable. The amended solicitation provides a detailed Server Delivery Checklist covering general information, service management, hardware, operating system, software, security, network, backup, and documentation requirements.
