About this file

This template provides guidance for validating a contractor's performance on a past project as part of a teaming arrangement. The template requires the offeror to identify their contractor teaming arrangement name, DUNS number, and members. They must also provide details of a past project including the contract and order numbers, title, agency, and period of performance. The offeror certifies they were the sole performer of the project. At least a majority of the arrangement members excluding the offeror must then sign, certifying the offeror was the sole performer and no other member will take credit for the project.

This solicitation is seeking a single-award IDIQ contract to provide subject matter experts and administrative support to the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement in Mexico City. Required services include expertise in areas such as anti-money laundering, aviation, counternarcotics, corrections, rule of law, and border security. The Department of State is the issuing agency. Offerors must use the provided templates in their submissions, with questions due November 19th and proposals due December 6th, though the date may be extended if significant amendments are needed. The opportunity is set aside for small businesses only.
