About this file
This document includes an attachment to a pricing spreadsheet amendment and related federal contract opportunity. The attachment provides pricing tables for proposed provisional and ceiling indirect billing rates, composite indirect rates, and IDIQ prices for labor and other direct costs. The rates and prices cover a base period of five years with a six-month option and apply to professional and administrative services in Mexico City for the Department of State's Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement. Offerors must use the provided templates to submit final proposals by December 6th for this total small business set-aside contract to provide subject matter experts and administrative support across various programs including anti-money laundering, aviation, canine units, counternarcotics, and rule of law.

| In this example, if G&A is the only proposed indirect cost rate description applicable to Lease expenses, the offeror would multiply, for Contract Year 1 for example, the proposed |
| direct cost from cell D90 ("Dir $" column under Contract Year 1) in Pricing Table 4 by the 7.05% in cell C4 above, and the resultant amounbt would be entered into cell E90 ("Ind $" column |
| under Contract Year 1) in Pricing Table 4. |
This example blends the sample offeror fiscal year with the following IDIQ effective period, which is specified in "Instruction Pricing Table 4 Buildup" in Section L of the solicitation:
| Contract Year 1: | March 22, 2022 through March 21, 2023 |
| Contract Year 2: | March 22, 2023 through March 21, 2024 |
| Contract Year 3: | March 22, 2024 through March 21, 2025 |
| Contract Year 4: | March 22, 2025 through March 21, 2026 |
| Contract Year 5: | March 22, 2026 through March 21, 2027 |
| Six-Month Option to Extend: | March 22, 2027 through September 21, 2027 |
| Pursuant to the formulas in columns C through H accordingly: |
| 1. For Contract Years 1, 3, 4, and 5 there are 277 days from March 30 through December 31, and 88 days from January 1 through March 29. |
| 2. For Contract Years 2, there are 277 days from March 30 through December 31, and 89 days from January 1 through March 29. |
| 4. Contract Year 2, which runs from March 30, 2023 through March 29, 2024, has 366 days because February 29 occurs in 2024. |
| 5. Each other contract year, except the Six-Month Option to Extend Period, and the 366 day leap year, has 365 days. |
| 6. The Six-Month Option to Extend Period has 183 days. |
