About this file
This document outlines a solicitation for concrete water storage tank remediation services. The Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations within the U.S. Department of State seeks to award at least three Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contracts for one base year and four option years to support water storage tank inspection, repair, and interior coating at diplomatic missions worldwide. The solicitation will be partially set aside for small businesses, with one award reserved for a woman-owned business and one for a small business, and one award available on a full and open basis. The maximum contract value over five years is $100 million. Interested offerors should submit proposals by 12:00 PM EST on March 27, 2020. The question submission period closes on March 12, 2020. Technical considerations will be more important than cost in the award determinations.

E0301 COMPOUND WATER SYSTEMS
[formerly E0201]& . & .
INTRODUCTION
OVERVIEW
Water supply systems for OBO office and SDA compounds are complex. A high-level summary of the different sub-systems is outlined in this Sec#on, including water sources and storage. In addi#on, this Sec#on includes a summary of the various site underground water supply sub-systems.
OBO seeks to appropriately control water demand, evaluate water sources, and develop a custom, op#mized strategy for each compound.
