About this file
This document summarizes a solicitation for water storage tank remediation services. The Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations within the U.S. Department of State is seeking multiple vendors to provide assessment, repair, and interior coating of concrete water storage tanks at U.S. diplomatic missions worldwide over the course of a five-year IDIQ contract period. The solicitation will result in at least three IDIQ contract awards, with one being set aside for a woman-owned small business, one for a small business, and one unrestricted. The maximum total contract value is $100 million. Interested offerors must submit proposals by March 27, 2020. The question submission period closes on March 12, 2020, with responses posted as an amendment. Technical considerations are more important than cost in the best value determination for award.
