About this file

This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ 19-24) for Vacant Lot Clearing services issued by the City of Peoria, Illinois, targeting two specific vacant lots located at 1710 S. Westmoreland. The scope of work requires the selected contractor to remove all trees, shrubs, bushes, stumps, vegetation, debris, and fence posts from the designated properties, including trimming overhanging tree branches from neighboring properties. The contractor must commence work within 10 calendar days of contract award, with mandatory submission of before and after photos documenting the completed work. Contractors must be pre-qualified and already contracted with the City of Peoria to participate in the solicitation.

The RFQ specifies that invoices should be submitted to Shawn Johnson via email at SDJOHNSON@PEORIAGOV.ORG, with an expected invoice processing time of 2-3 weeks. The contract will award to the lowest most qualified contractor, with an emphasis on thorough completion of the entire work scope. Contractors are advised to visit the specific locations to develop an accurate bid, as property conditions may vary. Payment will be processed after the program supervisor verifies the completed work through submitted photographic evidence. No specific contract term or renewal options are detailed in the provided documentation.
