About this file
This is Amendment 0001 to Request for Quotation (RFQ) 191T7026Q0036 issued by the U.S. Tri-Mission Embassy GSO Contracting Office in Rome, Italy, with an effective date of September 4, 2026. The amendment revises solicitation text and incorporates new attachments to clarify requirements for facility maintenance services. The contracting officer is Branigan M. Knowlton. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation by completing the form items and returning copies, acknowledging receipt on each offer copy submitted, or submitting a separate letter or electronic communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers. Failure to acknowledge receipt at the designated location by the specified deadline may result in rejection of the offer.
The amendment adds specific delivery and performance requirements, establishes a delivery timeline of not later than sixty days after contract award with removal and installation services permitted on weekends subject to Embassy agreement, and modifies offer submission requirements by adding two new mandatory qualifications (items 5 and 6) to Section 3 – Solicitation Provisions. Offerors must now submit proposed equipment and supplies datasheets and provide timeframes for installation setup times, in addition to existing requirements for company qualifications, Chamber of Commerce certificates, civil liability insurance, SAM.gov registration with UEI number, and other documentation. The amendment also incorporates Attachment 2 (Pictures) into the solicitation. The hour and date specified for receipt of offers is not extended.
