About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document addressing operational and logistical requirements for an event. The document clarifies seven key points regarding event logistics and facility use.
Cancellation and compensation terms specify no cancellation fee applies until one week before the event. Regarding kitchen facilities, propane gas-powered equipment is permitted in the support kitchen area near bathrooms, with 15KWAT three-phase 380V power available in that location. Kitchen access is limited to the morning of the event for preparation purposes. Furnishing requirements indicate that chairs and tables must match the models shown in reference photos, with alternatives not acceptable without prior photographic documentation review. Food delivery will occur approximately one week before the event to the company's Rome-based location. Two-way radio communication between staff requires prior approval from the Security office, though potential interference from security systems is noted as a possibility even if approval is granted.
