About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document from a Request for Quote (RFQ) process.

The document contains one Q&A exchange addressing eligibility requirements for foreign contractors. A prospective offeror registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce inquired whether a company delivering services within the European Union would be considered as a viable quote source, noting the absence of VAT concerns for intra-EU delivery. The response directs all prospective offerors to comply with the requirements outlined in Section D (Instructions To Offerors) of the RFQ and Attachment 2 (Work Requirements), indicating that eligibility determinations are governed by those referenced documents rather than being addressed separately in the Q&A.
