About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for Solicitation Number 191T7025Q0017, a Legal Advisory Services opportunity for U.S. Diplomatic Missions in Italy issued by the Department of State. The Q&A addresses two key qualification inquiries: (1) staff lawyer requirements, specifically questioning whether a "studio associato" classification is mandatory or if lawyers working in a team can satisfy the requirement, and (2) the acceptable qualifications for a Project Manager or Embassy/Consulate liaison, specifically whether a secretary or trainee lawyer with fluent English can fill the role.

For both questions, the official response directs potential offerors to Section 3 "Solicitation Provisions" in the solicitation text for detailed guidance on offer submission requirements. The Q&A document provides minimal substantive information beyond pointing respondents to the original solicitation document for more comprehensive details about qualification standards and submission expectations.
