LASER SENSITIVE VEST WITH STRESS BELT TRAINING KIT

Laser sensitive vest - Set of non-invasive laser sensitive panels that can be assembled together and configured in various ways, such as a vest, and laser-sensor enhanced apparel, such as hats; When Stress Vest receives a hit, the vest should beep, flash or both.

Stress belt - when one of the laser sensitive panels is hit by the laser, it sends a signal to the belt, which delivers a vibration and/or an electric shock to the skin of the user, who unequivocally will know he or she has been "hit" simulating real-time engagement.

The system is to be worn over the standard issued tactical gear and equipment in a way that does not hinder or restrict its use by the operator.

The weapons used with sensitive vests can be laser training replicas or duty weapons temporarily converted to use laser cartridges.

The equipment must be highly scalable, with up to dozens of operators training simultaneously in very large spaces.

Laser sensitive vest with stress belt training kit must include:

FOUR (4) QTY Laser sensitive vests (holds the sensor receivers that recognize the laser pulse sent by the training firearm), Belts (externally worn belt that delivers a safe, localized, fully adjustable shock through clothing or a vibration for role players) and Transmitters (connects to back of the laser sensitive vest receiver and sends wireless signal to belt once vest receiver is activated) THREE (3) QTY Laser sensitive vests - Strap Extender - 1 Pair (designed to add additional length to the waste strapping on the laser sensitive vests);

THREE (3) QTY Laser sensitive vests - Protective Belt Cover (blocks the lights to ensure the role player cannot be easily located) FOUR (4) QTY Laser sensitive vests - Side Panels (detect laser hits to the vital organs on the side of the body);

FOUR (4) QTY Laser sensitive face sensor ball cap which captures hits to the upper facial region.

FOUR (4) QTY Beacon TWO (2) QTY Arm Shocker w/ Sensors & FOB - Used to simulate the restrictive motion, stress, and pain of dominant arm injuries. The pain penalty can be stopped by the student moving their arm to a fixed, flexed position. Activated via key fob or laser sensitive vests.

TWO (2) QTY Y-Adapter - Integrates laser sensitive vests with arm shocker and allows hit to laser sensitive vests to activate Arm Shocker.

ONE (1) QTY 975 Nanuk (Holds up to 8 vests) ONE (1) QTY Instructor Tablet that remotely configures and controls up to 20 vests. Real time data includes seeing hits and monitoring trainees heart rates. Tablet’s camera can be used to record and play back scenarios.

SIX (6) Heart Rate Monitor Transmitter which monitor student heart rate during training when using Instructor Tablet;

THREE (3) QTY SIRT Glock 17 RF Dedicated Dry Fire Dual Laser Pistol configured to interface seamlessly with laser sensitive vest training systems like the StressVest Portable Sound System (SV-PSS) or a remote gunshot box to deliver realistic audio or stress-activation feedback without live ammunition. Includes RF Module to sync and trigger sound system.

On-site Installation and On-site Training - Within 30 days following delivery of the equipment.

The training program for the Scenario-Based Laser Shooting Range System will be delivered over five (5) consecutive days, comprising approximately 30 hours of on-site instruction and practical training. The program will be structured into two complementary training components to ensure that both the operational users and the designated system administrator acquire the knowledge and practical skills required to operate, manage and maintain the system effectively.

1. User Training – System Operation and Practical Use The first component will be designed for a group of approximately 5–7 designated users. Its primary objective is to familiarize participants with the system, its capabilities, functionality and practical application within a scenario-based laser shooting range environment.

The training will combine theoretical instruction, system demonstrations and hands-on practical exercises. Participants will be guided through the complete user experience, from accessing and navigating the system to conducting training sessions and interpreting the results.

At the conclusion of this component, participants should be capable of independently operating the system in their respective user roles, conducting training exercises, selecting and executing scenarios, and accessing and interpreting training results.

2. Master Administrator Training – System Administration and Maintenance The second component will be dedicated to one designated individual who will assume the role of Master Administrator and bear overall responsibility for the system's administration, configuration, management and routine maintenance.

This training will be more technical and in-depth than the general user training. It is intended to develop the knowledge and practical competencies necessary to ensure the system remains fully operational, properly configured and effectively managed following the completion of the supplier's on-site training.

At the conclusion of this component, the designated Master Administrator should have the necessary knowledge and practical skills to independently manage the system's administrative functions, oversee user access, perform routine maintenance, conduct basic troubleshooting and serve as the primary point of contact for the system's ongoing operational management.

Overall objective: To ensure that, following the five-day on-site training program, the organization is sufficiently equipped to operate, administer and maintain the Scenario-Based Laser Shooting Range System independently, minimizing reliance on external technical assistance for routine operational and administrative tasks.
