About this file
This document is an Invitation for Bids (IFB) issued by the Western New York Developmental Disabilities State Operations (WNY DDSO) for the procurement of awnings at three locations in South Dayton and Silver Creek, New York. The IFB specifies the required quantity, site visit information, bid opening date, and project completion timeline. All work must comply with relevant building codes and prevailing wage rate requirements. Contractors will be evaluated based on their prior performance, and those performing unsatisfactory work may be removed from the WNY DDSO contractor list.
The IFB outlines the pricing and invoicing requirements, including the need for certified payrolls, insurance certificates, and a one-year warranty. It also notes that the WNY DDSO reserves the right to make awards within 90 days of the bid opening, reject any or all proposals, and waive non-material requirements. Minority/women-owned and small business enterprises are encouraged to bid on this opportunity.
