Project Description: Construction of the following sanitation facilities:

Contractor will renovate the primary lagoon cell according to the plans and specifications. The work includes but is not limited to: stripping and grubbing 10 acres of the existing lagoon cell floor and berms, excavation of 12,732 CY of the existing protective liner, 575 CY of over excavation (if needed), installation of 1,143 tons of bentonite liner, installation of 8,220 CY of protective cover, removing and reinstalling of 1,093 CY of existing lagoon cell rip rap, installation of 530 CY of new rip rap, replacing the existing piping, installing 2,800 LF of 25-ft wide geotextile, replacing the six (6) existing ballast weights, removal and installation of an inlet splash pad and outlet pad, and any other appurtenances associated with the renovation of the primary wastewater lagoon cell located in the Fort Thompson area on the Crow Creek Indian Reservation.
