About this file
This is a Professional Service Agreement (PSA) between Milwaukee County and an unnamed vendor for Correctional Staff Mental Health Services at the Community Reintegration Center (CRC). The contract was issued through RFP-2025-007 on January 27, 2025, seeking qualified suppliers to provide supportive mental health services to Correctional Officers, supervisory staff, command staff, and other CRC staff. The initial contract term is not explicitly stated, but Milwaukee County may opt to extend the PSA for up to three consecutive one-year renewal terms. The services are aimed at helping correctional staff navigate the corrections environment and develop resilience needed to succeed in their roles.
The contract does not specify the exact compensation amount, but indicates that the total dollar value of Milwaukee County's contractual relationship with the vendor, including this PSA and other similar agreements, will be determined. The vendor will be responsible for providing qualified personnel, conducting background checks, ensuring staff compliance with facility policies, and maintaining appropriate security protocols. The contract emphasizes the county's commitment to racial equity and requires the vendor to align its practices with the county's vision of improving equitable service delivery. The vendor must comply with Milwaukee County's Code of Ethics, non-discrimination policies, and other administrative requirements, with potential consequences including contract termination for non-compliance.
