About this file
This amendment modifies a solicitation for operation of the Phoenix Job Corps Center. The amendment incorporates a professional staff compensation plan requirement into the evaluation factors. It also provides responses to offeror questions, clarifying that travel costs should be included in fixed prices, certain FAR clauses do not apply, and career technical skills training slots are accurately listed. The amendment extends the response deadline. The related opportunity involves operation of the Phoenix Job Corps Center housing 353 students, including outreach and admissions services and post-placement career transition services. The contractor must ensure arrival of 640 students annually to Phoenix and 100 to another center. The agency is the Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration.

Question Response
1. C.2C: The CTT offerings listed in the RFP do not reflect what is on the most recent CTT-10 report (period ending 12/31/2019). Variances include:
CTT Offering RFP CTT-10 Difference Clinical Medical Assistant 30 60 30 Certified Nursing Assistant 30 60 30 Facilities Maintenance 0 24 24 Computer Technician 0 30 30
The CTT-10 does not reflect the current CTT program slot count. The service window for placement services is still open for students who were in these CTT programs, thus the reason these CTT programs/slot counts are still on the CTT-10.
