Yes, Reasonable Accommodations for the purpose of this line item is for Students. Some examples of Reasonable Accommodations are equipment, learning devices or special classroom chairs for the students. Major Improvements in Progress
Dining Hall is deteriorated. B1b request has been submitted, approved , and a vendor has been selected.
Structurally compromised floor in Center Building 3/4. The floor has been repaired and finished by a contractor
Deteriorated/ leaking roofs on buildings 3/4, 12, 100, 700, and 730. All roofs have been temporarily repaired and there were no roof leaks evident from th last few storms we've had. ESC has suggested that this may become a national project.
Deteriorated HVAC and Hood systems in buildings 210, 600A, and 931. Buildings 500A and 500C roof gutters have been redirected from the roofs to storm drain areas which prevent ponding and flooding inside of the buildings. Building 200 roof gutters and ground gutters (west side of 200) have been kept clear of debris and will drain in normal rain storms.
