About this file

This is an Invitation to Bid document from a Florida county government for FEMA traffic sign removal and installation services under the Traffic Engineering Division. The scope of work encompasses the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals necessary to replace and/or restore traffic signs and posts damaged or lost due to natural disasters or catastrophic failures occurring under a declared State of emergency. Vendor submissions are required to be made electronically through BPRO (Bonfire platform) by the specified closing date and time, with vendors receiving a submission receipt confirming receipt. The County strongly encourages vendors to submit all available documentation at the time of initial submittal, including items marked as optional in BPRO, to facilitate timely and comprehensive evaluation. Vendors are permitted a designated timeframe to submit questions and seek clarification regarding solicitation requirements through BPRO's messaging system, with the County responding in kind through the same platform.

This solicitation is subject to Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) compliance requirements and mandates that vendors maintain appropriate County and State licenses and bonding. The procurement is not subject to Office of Economic and Small Business Development requirements. Vendors must ensure submission through BPRO by the closing deadline, as the County will not accept responses submitted through alternative means. In the event of technical difficulties with the submission platform, vendors are instructed to immediately notify the Purchasing Agent and contact support@gobonfire.com for assistance. The evaluation process will consider all submitted documents and information as relevant to vendor selection, regardless of their designated status as required or optional items.
