Respondents must provide detailed information including staff qualifications, organizational charts, project methodologies, professional service lists, references, and current project workloads.
The contract will be evaluated based on the vendor's ability to demonstrate expertise in professional engineering testing services, with a focus on past performance, personnel qualifications, and project management capabilities.
