14PWS for Cryptocurrency Managed Services, Class 2-4Page 12 of 26Based on our experience managing assets for institutional investors, we know that our insurance carrier partners need as much detail as possible when properly underwriting risk. To that effort, is there more detail that can provided on the portfolio of assets so that we can best mitigate risk? All details available are in the PWS. From our perspective as asset managers & institutional investors with experience in the space - that recommendation can vary depending on the needs of the client or in this case USMS. 17Attachment #3, Request For ProposalPage 11 of 13For the web-based Asset Management System, are there specific UI/UX that is familiar or desired for this customized view that otherwise isn’t detailed in the contract beyond needed specs? Does this web based system accept API feeds that we could populate for data transmission? Alternatively, would the USMS consider read-only or "watcher wallet" access to all custodial accounts for monitoring purposes? The use of APIs would require an Authorization to Operate instead of an Authorization to Use. At this time, an API is not needed. If using multiple custodial options, the USMS would need access to a single web-based Asset Management Solution to review the portfolio in it's entirety.
