Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (FAR Subpart 37.6—Performance‐Based Acquisition)

This Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan matrix serves to communicate what the Government intends to qualitatively inspect, in accordance with the Federal Performance Base Detention Standards (FPBDS) and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The matrix identifies:

A. Each service requirement essential to successful performance of each order requirement;

B. Define the minimum performance rating acceptable for each order requirement;

and C. Specify the maximum percentage of total order value attributable to each order requirement.
