About this file

This document contains a market research questionnaire and pre-solicitation notice seeking information from vendors for in-flight paramedic services. The U.S. Marshals Service's Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System is responsible for the safe and secure transportation of federal, non-federal, and military prisoners as well as other operational missions. Vendors must meet criteria under Product Service Code Q and NAICS Code 621999 for ambulatory health care services with a size standard of $16.5 million. Interested vendors should submit capabilities packages addressing their interest and ability to perform the services outlined in the draft statement of work, as well as complete the attached market research questionnaire. Responses are due by October 15, 2019 to the contracting officer point of contact listed. If capabilities packages are not received from at least two capable small businesses, the requirement may be solicited unrestricted. The findings will inform future solicitations for these paramedic services.
