Questions & Answers:

Question 1:

What is the authorized browser portal from the first page section “Specific Requirements Related to Information Technology Service Solutions”?

“All web based data information transferred to and from an USMS user device shall processed through an authorized browser portal”

Answer 1:

USMS has an authorized image with specific cybersecurity controls and browser versions supported for use by users which must traverse the DOJ TIC. The offeror must work with USMS to resolve any issues related to the user’s browser connection to the offeror’s services. Currently the USMS supports IE version 11.1006.17134.0 or Google Chrome 8.0.3904.70. USMS does allow other browser use with compatibility mode enabled. Offeror must also support browser updates and patches aligned to the DOJ/USMS cyber security lifecycle requirements.

Question 2:

Can we get a break down of vehicles and their actual city locations

Answer 2:

The information provided in the SOO regarding the USMS field location is sufficient to establish the availability of vehicle maintenance services. Detailed locations will be provided in conjunction with the awarding of the Blanket Purchase Agreement and subsequent Calls.

Question 3:

Does the RFP require a Maintenance Advisor that is a single point of contact for the US Marshall

Service?

Answer 3:
