About this file

This amendment provides changes to a solicitation for court interpretation and language services. The Executive Office for Immigration Review requires on-site interpretation, scheduled telephonic interpretation, written translation, Computer Aided Real-Time Transcription, and transcription/translation of audio recordings. Services are needed throughout the United States, District of Columbia, and U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Pacific territories for immigration court proceedings. The amendment adjusts staffing levels, provides responses to industry questions, and corrects references and errors in the pricing table attachment. Key changes include clarifying background check qualifications, adding language to service descriptions, and fixing a formula issue.

The amendment supplies revisions to improve the solicitation for these essential interpreter and translation functions supporting immigration courts nationwide and in U.S. territories.
