Potential quoters must complete Standard Form 85 and submit it by August 19, 2026 via fax or the corrected email address; a maximum of two individuals per interested party are permitted. All written questions must be received by August 31, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. ET and submitted through Contract Specialist Teresa Roshau-Delgado at FACN.Proposal.Submission@dea.gov.
