About this file

This document is Amendment 0001 to Solicitation No. 15DDHQ26Q00000163, issued by the DEA HQ Office of Acquisition with an effective date of August 27, 2026. The amendment makes two substantive changes to the original solicitation: it adds a second mandatory site visit scheduled for August 27, 2026, at 09:00 AM Mountain Time (in addition to the originally scheduled site visit on August 26, 2026, at 09:30 AM MT), and it revises the deadline for submission of questions to 10:00 AM Eastern Time on August 31, 2026. All potential quoters are required to complete Standard Form 85 vetting documentation and return it by August 19, 2026, to participate in site visits. A maximum of two individuals per interested party is permitted to attend. Questions are not authorized during site visits and must be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist, Teresa Roshau-Delgado, at FACN.Proposal.Submission@dea.gov.

The Government anticipates awarding a Purchase Order with a five-year term to one technically acceptable, qualified, and responsive quoter based on the lowest evaluated price meeting or exceeding stated requirements. Quoters must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the original solicitation by completing the amendment form, acknowledging receipt on offer copies, or submitting a separate letter or email referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Quoters must make complete page substitutions for revised sections, with changes marked by vertical lines in the right margin.
